She can immediately direct you to perfect choices based on your interests, age range, and why exactly you are seeking a monologue in the first place. This means that the most intimidating part of working on a monologue – actually finding one to dig into – becomes fun and easy. Next comes the actual work. Chelsea uses many of the same techniques you would find in a traditional scene study class and will get a great performance out of you. What makes working with her feel much more fun and relaxing, however, is how positive, genuinely encouraging, and excited about the work she is. Because of this, an hour of running through the same text upwards of twenty times flies by and by the end you have a great monologue that is on its feet and ready to go. "
